SWEDISH RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. rice
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks cinnamon
6 whole cloves
1 c. sugar
3-4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook rice, milk, salt and spices for 1 hour in double boiler, stirring occasionally. Cool. Remove spices. Beat eggs well and sugar and vanilla. Fold in cool rice, put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
