CORN PUDDING OR SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn or off cob
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch (liquefied)
2 tbsp. butter (floated on top)
2 tsp. flour (liquefied)

Beat eggs and milk. Add cornstarch and other ingredients (add peppers last). Place in greased baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
