SPINACH SOUP | |
6 c. chicken broth 3/4 soup can milk 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. dried onion Cheez Whiz (optional) 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. minute rice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach Bring broth, soup, milk, onion, pepper, and parsley flakes to a near boil in saucepan. Add rice and spinach. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until rice is tender. May add a tablespoon of Cheez Whiz for extra flavor. Serves 8 to 10. |
