PORK NORMANDY 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. apple juice
1 med. apple, chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
Hot cooked noodles
Apple slices for garnish

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until browned on each side. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apple juice, chopped apple, celery, thyme. Reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Garnish with apple slices. Serves 6.
