CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix sugar and cocoa and melt butter; add to sugar mixture. Stir well. Add eggs (beat with hand) 1 to 2 minutes. Add evaporated milk, vanilla, and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set in middle.
