BERRY SAUCE 
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier

From 1 pint fresh strawberries, slice enough to measure 1 3/4 cups; set aside. Remove remaining whole berries for garnishing. In a saucepan, blend in sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Bring to a boil 1/2 minute. Remove from heat and stir in sliced strawberries and Grand Marnier; chill for several hours.
