CHICKEN PARISIENNE 
2 or 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1 sm. sliced onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 c. sherry wine
Salt & pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Arrange chicken, onions and mushrooms in a casserole or baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4.
