MARGARITA PIE 
70 pretzel chips, finely crushed (about 1 1/3 c. crumbs)
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (10 oz.) can frozen margarita tropical fruit mixer, concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. orange peel, grated
Few drops food coloring
Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
Lime slices & strawberry halves, for garnish

Combine pretzel chip crumbs, sugar and butter. Press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine ice cream, margarita concentrate, orange peel and food coloring until blended. Spread into prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let pie stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping, lime slices and strawberry halves.
