1 1/2 slices 7-Steak, cut up
Flour
1 tbsp. oil
5 carrots, chopped
3 medium potatoes, chopped
1 sm. can whole tomatoes or 1 can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper (can omit)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread oil in baking dish. Coat meat with flour and place in baking dish. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
