EBBA'S RUM CAKE 
1 butter cake mix (Duncan Hine's butter cake is excellent)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. oil (Wesson is good)
1/4 c. white rum
1/4 c. water
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. On bottom of pan, put 1 cup of finely chopped pecans (or more if you like). In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed (maybe a little longer, according to lumps). Pour mixture into bundt pan and bake for 55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

While cooling, put: 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. rum

Into saucepan and boil for 1 minute or longer. While cake is warm and sauce is hot, pour over cake.
