VEGETABLE STIR - FRY 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or light cream cheese
1/4 c. sesame seed, toasted
2 c. diagonally-cut carrot slices
2 c. diagonally-cut celery slices
3/4 c. thin green pepper strips (can use red and yellow pepper strips as well for more color)
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper

Cut cream cheese into cubes. Coat cream cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry vegetables in butter and pepper until crisp and tender. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese to vegetables, mix lightly.

For Variations: Add chicken or shrimp, or add other brightly colored vegetables.
