HOT CHICKEN DISH 
1 sm. chicken
1 sm. can cashew nuts
1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
1 can Chinese noodles (reserve 1/4 for top)

Boil chicken in salted water until meat falls off the bone. Cool, debone and cut into small pieces. Mix chicken with remaining ingredients and put it into Pyrex pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Variation: Instead of preparing a chicken, use 3 (8 ounce) cans of Swanson's chicken (this is much faster). Serves 8-10.
