1 c. white sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg; add sugar and peanut butter. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix well again. Form 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Press flat with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes; remove from pan.
