LASAGNA 
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 lg. container Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella ball
Ragu sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage, ground
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 box lasagna noodles

CHEESE: Grate Mozzarella ball, then mix with cottage and ricotta cheese; add eggs, then seasoning, set aside.

SAUCE: Add meat to sauce, let simmer.

LAYER METHOD: STEP 1: Sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese.

STEP 2: Noodles, sauce, cheese, repeat until everything is used. (With this method, you can use uncooked noodles.) Cover with tin foil.

ROLL METHOD: STEP 1: Cook noodles just until they are in the chewy stage.

Spread cheese mixture on noodles and roll (jelly roll fashion), repeat until all noodles are used.

STEP 2: Cover bottom of dish with sauce mixture, place the rolled noodles on top, put more sauce on top, cover with tin foil.

Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. NOTE: Finished product can be frozen, but make sure it's covered tightly with tin foil.
