MACHO MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion
3 slices bread
1 (32 oz.) Ragu sauce
Garlic salt or powder

Mix together ground beef, onion, egg and bread. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll into 1-inch balls.

In skillet, fry slowly, turning until light brown and done. Drop into spaghetti sauce of your choice. Put a little garlic salt or powder in sauce and simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
