CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked corn
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
2 tbsp. onion, minced (optional)
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced (optional)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
butter

Combine corn, milk, beaten eggs, salt and pepper, cheese, onion and green pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
