SOFT TACOS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. chopped onion
1 sm. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
Chili powder to taste
Med. pkg. corn tortillas

Saute onion, bell pepper and grated along with meat. When browned, drain off fat and add the tomato sauce and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until nearly all of liquid is gone. While simmering, cook corn tortillas. While cooking them, fold in taco shape. When done, remove to drain on paper towel. It is now ready to fill with meat mixture and you may top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese.
