SOFT SHELLED TACOS 
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
2/3 c. cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Pour a tortilla-sized pancake onto a hot grill. Brown both sides. Stir batter well between pancakes. Serve warm.
