BACON WRAPPED DOVES | |
Marinate dove breasts in pineapple chunks overnight. Wrap with heavy thick sliced bacon each breast and insert toothpick to hold bacon in place. Place on grill - low temperature - for approximately 1 1/2 hours (over mesquite chips). Just before birds are taken up, add a chunk of pineapple to exposed toothpick. Serve. |
