JUDY'S VEGETABLE SAUCE 
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped chives or green onions

Cook onions or chives in microwave about 30 seconds on high. Combine all ingredient in microwave-safe saucepan. Cook on high at 30 second intervals, mixing thoroughly.

When creamy, serve over steamed or raw vegetables. Good over broccoli.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
