NO COOK MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
1/4 tsp. salt 2 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. Karo syrup 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla Add salt to egg whites and beat with beater until frothy and white. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and glossy. Slowly add Karo syrup and continue beating until it stands in peaks. Add vanilla. Flavor variations: Add 2 tablespoon cocoa, or 1 tablespoon grated orange or lemon rind with Karo syrup, or sprinkle with 1 cup shredded coconut. |
