1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. wine

Mix sugar, salt and tapioca in top of double boiler. Slowly add water and wine. Mix thoroughly. Cook for 12 minutes until thick.
