2 egg whites
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
1 lb. pecan

Beat egg whites and water until dry. Fold sugar, cinnamon, and salt into egg whites; add pecans. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 45 minutes at 275 degrees. Turn 3 times.
