SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions, drain well and set aside. Combine cream cheese and butter; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in spinach. Spoon into a greased 1 quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
