BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 can Castleberry barbecue pork
1 can Castleberry barbecue beef
2 cans white meat chicken, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. hot sauce

That is it. Put it all together and heat on stove or in crock-pot.
