PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. peaches, sliced
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream sugar, butter and flour until smooth. Add eggs to mixture and blend. Arrange sliced peaches on pie shell. Pour custard mixture over peaches. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown or until knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
