POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Onion, optional

Mix flour and sugar together and add to water, vinegar and the eggs. Beat with hand mixer until blended and heat until it thickens (may be microwave). Remove from heat and add mustard, butter and milk. I double this recipe for a 4 quart kettle of boiled potatoes. I sometimes add 4 or 5 tablespoons prepared salad dressing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
