CORN BAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 green pepper (optional)
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 sm. onion
3 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute butter, onion and green pepper. Mix corn muffin mix with eggs. Mix the whole kernel corn with the cream style corn. Put it all together and pour into a baking dish. Top with sour cream mixed with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
