RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. white cake mix (dry)
1 c. water

Cut up rhubarb and put in 8 inch square cake pan. Combine sugar and Jello and sprinkle over rhubarb. Then add dry cake mix on top. Pour a cup of water over it all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
