RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix the rhubarb, granulated sugar and water, put in baking dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter quickly with your fingers or pastry blender until crumbly. Spread on top of rhubarb and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with or without whipped cream.
