RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. water

Mix in 8-inch glass cake dish. 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. butter

Mix until crumbly. Spread over top of rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
