RHONDA'S CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 stewing chicken
Milk
2 c. self-rising flour
Salt and pepper

Cook chicken in water with salt and pepper until tender. Take out of broth and set aside to let cool. Keep broth hot. Mix flour, salt, pepper and just enough milk to make mixture hard to stir. Bone chicken and put back into broth. Drop flour mixture by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth. Add small amount of milk into dumplings and cook until done.
