1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 to 1 pkg. powdered sugar (2 lbs.)
1 (12 oz.) box Crispex cereal

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Pour over cereal. Coat well and pour powdered sugar and mix until coated. Use large bowl and mix with large spoon.
