PHEASANT-RICE BAKE | |
1 pheasant, cut up 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can of milk 1 can French fried onion rings Sprinkle soup mix into buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle rice over soup mix. Add pheasant pieces. Dilute soup with milk and pour over pheasant. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with onion rings. Cook 15 minutes longer. Serves 6. |
