BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 chicken fryer cut into pieces or 6 chicken breast pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. raw rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. chicken broth or 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with water
1 tsp. celery salt

Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, paprika and pepper. heat rice and onion in butter.

Spread rice mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Add chicken broth or soup and celery salt. Place chicken on top of rice and cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
