PEPPER STEAK ON RICE 
1 lb. Sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 lg. green pepper
1 tomato, cut up
1 can Campbell's consomme
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown steak strips in a little oil. Add green pepper, cook slightly. Add tomato and cook slightly. Mix consomme, water and cornstarch, stir until dissolved. Add to meat and vegetables and cook until thickened. Serve on rice. Good with tossed salad with French dressing.
