BEEF SKILLET FIESTA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cube bouillon, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. Minute rice

Brown meat in oil over high heat in skillet, leaving meat in coarse chunks. Add onion; reduce heat to medium and cook until onion is tender, but not browned. Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon. Bring to a boil; stir in rice. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
