MEAT-ZA PIE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. catsup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced drained mushrooms
6 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Put ground beef, garlic salt and cracker crumbs into 9x12 inch pan. Add evaporated milk and mix together with a fork. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of pan with fork and form a low rim around sides of pan to hold filling.

Spread catsup over meat to rim. Sprinkle mushrooms on top of catsup. Place cheese strips criss-cross over mushrooms. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serves 8.
