PORK SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. ground pork
2 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. crushed sage
1/2 c. pork sausage seasoning

Mix ground pork with ingredients listed above; mix well. Wait 3 days for a good flavor. Make patties and fry in Crisco oil. Freeze left over sausage for later use.
