SPINACH SALAD WITH CHEESY
VINAIGRETTE
 
2 c. torn spinach leaves
1/2 c. chopped tomato
2 tbsp. vinaigrette
1 hard-cooked egg

Combine spinach and tomato in medium bowl. Toss with vinaigrette. Garnish with chopped egg. 2 servings.

VINAIGRETTE:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In container with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, cheese and garlic powder. Cover and shake well. 3/4 cup.
