POTATOES FOR A CROWD | |
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 stick butter 1/2 c. onions, chopped 2 c. Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 stick butter 2 c. corn flakes Coat large Pyrex dish with oil. Add 32 ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed. Combine in bowl and spread on potatoes - 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cup onions, 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 (8 ounce) sour cream. Mix and spread over potato mixture - 1/2 stick butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle extra grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
