POTATOES FOR A CROWD 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 cube butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Put potatoes in pan. Pour most of butter over.

1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Blend all together. Pour over 1 cup corn flake crumbs. Mix with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
