CINNAMON PEACH COBBLER 
6 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Combine peaches, 1/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice. Place in a 9-inch square baking pan.

Sift together 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Measure oil and milk into a measuring cup and pour all at once into the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork until a soft dough forms.

Drop biscuit mixture on top of the peaches around the sides of the baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes until the biscuits are browned. Serve either warm or cool. Serves 6.
