POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chives or green onions
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Add soup, sour cream and chives and mix well. Stir in cheese. Pour into 9 x 12 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serves 8 to 10.
