ELISSA'S PISTACHIO AMBROSIA WHIP 
1 (16 oz.) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. instant Pistachio pudding mix (Jello)
2 (20 oz. ea.) cans crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 liquid)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans fruit cocktail, drained (reserve 1/2 liquid)
1 (10 oz.) jar Maraschino cherries, halved (reserve 1/2 liquid)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 bag miniature marshmallows
2 cups shredded coconut flakes (Baker's)

In large bowl mix pistachio pudding mix and reserved liquids - mix until smooth.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Fold in fruits and nuts.

Chill overnight so flavors blend.

Serve as a side salad or dessert.

Tip: If mixture seems too loose you can add more Cool Whip.

Note: Liquid measure is approximate depending on the manufacturer's liquid measure. You may want to add liquid to pudding mix in small amounts to gauge how much will create a smooth mix without being too watery the first time you make this and then write down your measurements :-)
