BARBECUED FRANKS 
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vinegar
15 franks

Brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients except franks and bring to boil. Score franks lengthwise or diagonally and lay in baking dish. Pour sauce over franks and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste frequently.
