CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE 
3 c. cooked chicken chunks
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/4 c. soft bread, cubed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in medium saucepan. Heat mixture until smooth. Turn broccoli into 9"x13" pan. Top with chicken. Pour heated soup mixture over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss bread cubes with melted butter and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly all over. Serves 8.
