STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
Cinnamon (optional)
8 slices bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed

Beat first 4 ingredients together and pour over bread cubes. Put bread and cream cheese into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with syrup or fruit.
