BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
14 whole graham crackers
1 (6 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

Line a 9 inch squares pan with crackers. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package for pudding. Let stand 5 minutes; then blend in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 pudding mix over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding and top with crackers. Spread pie filling on top layer of crackers. Chill 3 hours. Can substitute cherry pie filling to make cherry delight.
