MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 sm. cabbage
3 med. size zucchini squash
5 med. potatoes
5 or 6 carrots
1 med. onion
Garlic cloves
1 bag fresh spinach
4 to 6 cherry tomatoes
Macaroni
Romano or Parmesan cheese

Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, onions, potatoes, zucchini and carrots. Put cabbage in large pot. Add all vegetable and garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 to 4 hours until vegetables are done. In a separate pot, cook macaroni and drain. Serve soup over macaroni. Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
